Trusted Financial Education

Build Something That Matters

We're not just teaching people about investing. We're helping them reshape their relationship with money, and that changes everything. Our team in Mechelen is growing because more people want to understand financial markets without the jargon and confusion that usually comes with it.

If you've ever wished financial education felt more human and less like reading a legal document, you'll fit right in here.

Collaborative workspace where financial education professionals develop accessible learning content

What Actually Happens Here

Real Conversations

We don't talk in corporate speak. When someone asks a question, we answer it honestly. When we make a mistake, we say so. Our learners appreciate that, and so does our team.

Flexible Hours

Some of us work better in the morning. Others hit their stride after lunch. We've built our schedule around when people actually do their best work, not around arbitrary office hours.

Room to Experiment

Got an idea for a better way to explain portfolio diversification? Try it. Think we should approach risk management differently? Let's test it. The best ideas here come from people trying new things.

Actual Growth

Last year, three people moved into completely new roles because they wanted to explore different parts of financial education. We'd rather help you grow than watch you leave because there's nowhere to go.

Local Impact

Most of our learners are in Belgium. You'll meet them at local events, hear their stories, and see how what you're teaching changes their financial decisions. That connection matters.

Support System

When someone's struggling with difficult content or facing a personal challenge, the team steps in. We've covered for each other more times than we can count, and that's just how it works here.

Open Positions

These roles opened up because we're expanding our course offerings for autumn 2025. We need people who can handle the complexity of financial markets while making it accessible to someone who's never invested before.

Investment Education Instructor

Teaching & Content

We're looking for someone who can break down complex financial concepts into something real people actually understand. You'll work with learners across Belgium who want to make smarter decisions with their money but don't know where to start.

Course Development Specialist

Curriculum Design

Help us build learning materials that people actually finish. You'll research market trends, design lesson structures, and work with instructors to create content that sticks. Previous experience in finance helps, but understanding how people learn matters more.

Learner Support Coordinator

Student Services

Be the person who answers questions when someone's confused about asset allocation at midnight. You'll guide learners through their coursework, help them apply concepts to their own situations, and occasionally talk someone off a ledge when the stock market drops.

Market Research Analyst

Research & Analysis

Keep us updated on what's happening in European and global markets so our content stays current. You'll analyze trends, identify emerging investment strategies, and help us understand what our learners need to know right now versus what can wait.

People You'd Work With

Thibault Vandenberghe, lead instructor explaining investment concepts to new team members

Thibault Vandenberghe

Lead Instructor

"I spent years working in traditional finance before coming here. The difference? At Valorvox Arc, I can actually teach people without drowning them in terminology. When someone tells me they finally understand why diversification matters, that's better than any bonus I ever got at a bank."

Gerben Maenhout, course developer reviewing educational materials with colleagues

Gerben Maenhout

Course Developer

"I came here thinking I'd just write lesson plans. Instead, I've redesigned how we teach risk assessment, helped launch our evening program, and started mentoring new instructors. The team here gives you space to figure out what you're good at and then supports you doing more of it."

What We Offer

These aren't just perks listed on a website. They're the things our current team actually uses and values. Some companies promise everything and deliver nothing. We'd rather promise less and follow through.

Professional Development Budget

Every team member gets an annual budget for courses, conferences, or certifications. Several people have used it to deepen their financial knowledge, others have learned new teaching methods. Your choice what helps you grow.

Health Coverage

Comprehensive health insurance that covers what you need, plus dental and vision. We also cover mental health support because teaching can be emotionally demanding, and taking care of yourself shouldn't be optional.

Four-Day Weeks in Summer

From June through August, we shift to four-day weeks. Course demand drops, the weather's nice, and people need time to recharge. Your pay stays the same, and honestly, everyone comes back in September ready to work.

Transparent Salary Structure

We publish our salary ranges internally so everyone knows what positions pay. Annual reviews happen in January, and if you've taken on more responsibility, your compensation reflects that. No negotiating or guessing games.

The Application Process

Send Your Background

Email us at [email protected] with your resume and a short note about why you're interested. We read everything that comes in, usually within three days. No automated responses, just actual people reviewing applications.

Initial Conversation

If your experience looks like a fit, we'll schedule a call. This is just a conversation about what you're looking for and what we need. No trick questions, no corporate interview scripts. We're trying to figure out if this makes sense for both of us.

Meet the Team

You'll come to our office in Mechelen and spend a few hours with people you'd actually work with. For teaching roles, we'll ask you to explain a financial concept. For other positions, we'll talk through relevant scenarios. Then we get lunch and you can ask whatever you want.
